We did carry out for our Mardi Gras feast. We ordered : Penne Alfredo with chicken -- voted the best we every had. ***** 5 stars : chicken Marsala very very good ****4 Stars : and last but not least Lasagna al Forno we just thought it was good ***3 Stars from me. It came with garlic bread and a house salad with choice of dressing we got house. It was all tasty and satisfying. It was packaged well for carry out. All in all a solid 4 stars heading to five if the food is this good next time.

Terrible calamari, had to send it back. We ordered a house merlot and a house cab. I think both had been open for a week and were beginning to turn to vinegar. The Caesar salad was fine, but also tough to screw up. Lasagna took 15 minutes to cool down to the point of edible, and the meat lovers calzone was ok but the ingredients weren't anything special. Service was fine, they removed the calamari from our bill. At the end of the day I give it a solid "meh." For $50 we could have found better since theres a ton of other restaurants around.

Can you say fresh? Well, the seafood here tastes as fresh as it can be. My wife and I had the seafood pasta and it was SENSATIONAL, the portion is very generous and fairly priced. Casual environment and kid friendly (we came in with our four kids 7,6,4,2 and didn't get the you're not welcome here look we get sometimes) our kids loved the spaghetti and meat balls, is rare to see them clean the plate, they did. The waitress was phenomenal, very friendly and attentive. The sauces are made from scratch, we were served rolls and guess what, they were made in house too. If you're around Cocoa Beach this is a must visit place, FIVE STARS HANDS DOWN.

Great selection, great prices, great food. Awesome place and really friendly staff! Our waitress even gave us help with finding things locally. HUGE single slices of pizza... One was more than enough. Kid friendly and casual environment.

My wife and I stopped in here at the last minute on the way home. I had a coupon and we both ordered ,, I had ordered it with sausage and she with meatballs. Well, while we were waiting I noticed a few things about the place. One, they appeared to make everything fresh, two, the people eating there were locals, which for a place in Cocoa, is a big thing, and 3 the pizza slices were huge NY style slices that looked delicious. Well, they brought out our food, and they did not bring out my spaghetti/with sausage, but I ate the meatballs anyway just out of curiosity, you know what, they were good. For $ 8.99 we go a salad with garlic bread and spaghetti with sauce, I didn't quibble about the meat, I will get the sausage next time. I was impressed with the price and the quality of the food. I have more coupons and I will be back, I always tip well and order wine/beer and dessert. This place really surprised me!

Can I give less than zero stars?! I'm only giving one star because it is required to give at least one to submit a review. My family & I went in and sat down during a slightly busy time of the night. We sat. And sat. No menus, no greeting, nothing. There was only one waitress so we waited to give her a chance to help the people that got there before us. Then she went to a table that sat down after us. We decided to get our own menus & even order from the takeout counter but we didn't get service from there either. With two toddlers in tow, we had to walk out. Sadly, no one even acknowledged our existence. Don't waste your time unless there are only 2 tables sat when you get there!

Would have loved to get served but the cook skipped our order and we waited 45 minutes before walking out. Only 2 tables there. Loose!

Food wasn't terrible, price was ok. Owner(?) was grumpy. He looked annoyed and inconvenienced by the paying customers. So far A NY pizza has been the best.

The chicken parmesan here is absolutely amazing! It beats my previous restaurant favorite in tastiness and SIZE. I'm not kidding it was about a foot long and more than half as wide! I don't know how they made room on the plate for pasta but in glad they did because it was delicious as well. I also cannot fathom how I was able to actually eat that enormous chicken but I did and it was a flavor experience of epic proportions. Every other dish was just as big and each had deliciously unique aspects! The spaghetti w/ calamari, eggplant parm, and baked ziti were all great too. We thought it was so good that, the next day for the beach, we ordered two different pizzas and they were mouthwatering. Definitely stop by here for good Italian food when in Cocoa Beach, Florida!

We went to Anacapri with our family during on a Thursday night based on other reviews on TripAdvisor. While it does not look like much on the outside, we had an excellent meal and a great time. The restaurant has an extensive Italian menu, but we went for the pizza. The staff was very friendly, easily accommodated our family of four adults and three small children. We all had salads and pizza and were happy with the entire experience. Great food, nice place.

I'll say this independent restaurant is a good choice for lunch, as I have never been for dinner. For a lunch place, you want quick service and good food at a reasonable price. Anacapri Pizzeria satisfies on all fronts. They have a separate menu of lunch specials, along with their standard dinner menu. All items are available to order during lunch, and the lunch portions are plenty to hold one over till dinner time. Everything seems freshly prepared, and tastes good. I don't think the food quality will knock your socks off, but it sure beats fast food or eating microwaved dinners... in your company's break room... alone. The atmosphere is casual and laid back, a perfect fit for the beachside community it is located in. It can get crowded at times, but not always. I definitely recommend trying different things on the menu until you find that one item that resonates with you. With their vast offerings, it will take a few visits.

First the elephant in the room, Florida pizza sucks period. That said this place had pretty good NY style pizza,my Grandson had the meatball appetizer ate all 5 plus one of my slices from the small pie. My wife got a single slice it was huge and the pepperoni looked good. BUT after ordering we noticed the cloth table cloth was sticky then when we were almost finished eating THEY came fleas or some other small flying bugs everywhere flying over the food against the window over the table, it got so bad we quickly finished up, my wife couldnt finish, I sent them out to the car while I paid. Funny note it was the first time I tried to use my cc in florida and it didnt go through as I live in Massachusetts got a fraud alert text while standing there, used a different card but made the time in there longer. Food good waitress very good time for an exterminator, its not on the beach no excuse for fleas

This a good local restaurant for a basic family meal. We eat here at least a couple times a month and the food is always consistent albeit not super great. With that said, the prices are reasonable and this is reflected in the "family atmosphere" of the restaurant. They are not fancy and they are not trying to be a high-end restaurant but they do make good, basic Italian food. The pizza is good and the Caesar salad is excellent. We have also had the linguini with clams, spaghetti with meatballs, and the lasagna. They were all good but nothing fancy. Our waitress Emily is fantastic and always does a great job. Some of the other reviews are true though, when they get busy the service is lacking so don't expect a quick dinner if the place is packed. With all that said, this a great local small business restaurant, not fancy, but also not expensive, and I recommend for a good family dinner at a fair price!

We frequent Anacapri's and while they aren't the best pizza and spaghetti, the place is friendly and the waitresses are nice. We usually go 1-2 time a month for pizza. The quality is consistent but the way they make their pizza is not my favorite. Low on the sauce and cheese, the crust is good. I love their Caesar salad! It's very good, the dressing is fresh tasting and I think homemade. My husband enjoys the linguine with clams. The garlic knots are yummy too. We like this place because of the waitresses, they know us by sight and Emily usually remembers what we order. If you want pizza and salad in a family friendly place then Anacapri is it.

Great pizza, not-so-great ambiance. The chef is grumpy, the fluorescent lighting is unpleasant, and the radio playing ads is annoying - but at least the pizza makes it all worth it! To give them a bit more credit, our attentive waitress was friendly and they do offer free soda refills. Because we can bike there means we visit often. But I always leave the place thinking I should have ordered take-out... With only a few other pizza spots in Cocoa Beach, there really isn't much competition, but Anacapri is probably one of the better choices beachside. Bonus: next to ABC liquor, ACE hardware and the Dollar Store. EDIT 3/17/12: Major ambience upgrade! They just installed some softer interior lighting, repainted the place inside and out, added artwork on the walls, upgraded their front cooler, cleaned up the place, etc... Much better thanks!

I'd like to say about a rating of 3 1/2 stars -- A friend and I went in for lunch today. The waittress was pleasant and very professional. The service was quick. The food was very good - yummy and filling. I had the cheese raviolis and my friend had the stuffed shells. The meal came with a salad and a croissant ... yes, I said croissant - not expected in an Italian restaraunt but very tasty. I agree with other comments that the bathrooom could use some updating - but it was clean - so to me that is what is important. I loved the fact that there was no loud and obnoxious music playing -- just quiet music in the background. Thank you! I get very irritated with so many restaurants playing VERY LOUD music now adays.

Great food, friendly service. Their sauce is homemade and delish. Their eggplant parm is more rollitini and FAB. Lazagna very good and they serve a crossoint type roll. Other patrons raved about their pizza. We'll be back.I would rate their food a 5. Atmosohere is kitschy and clean.

Meatball sandwich and pizza were pretty good. Bathrooms were pretty sketchy though... Service was decent, but it definitely did not have an attractive atmosphere. Some needed updates and renovations would have made the star rating a lot higher. Just not the kind of vibe that makes me want to return.

Exceeded my expectations! In a town with a pizza joint on every corner not many are worth mentioning. This is why I was so pleased to find one that served Margherita pizza so close to home. I ordered a carry out pizza and assumed it was woodfire or brick oven because the crust of the pizza had been browned and lightly crisped. It was great tasting and they were generous with the basil. The manager was dressed to impress which is a rarity at the beach and classed the place up. He was even kind enough to help me carry my sodas to the car on a rainy night. I can't wait to try some of the other higher end dishes on the menu. Delicious carry out for a movie night at home!
